Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES: All orders equal to or under $100.00 are charged $8.50 for shipping. All orders equal to or over $100.01 are charged $14.50 for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated pre-tax, if applicable. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) – Priority Shipping – these rates apply to the United States and include Alaska and Hawaii.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time dougandgene.com does not ship outside of the United States. However dougandgene.com does accept international credit cards with USA shipping addresses.

RETURNS: We accept returns within 30 days of the initial purchase’s delivery date. We will issue a full refund (less the return shipping costs) as long as the merchandise is in its original condition, and has all its packaging, inserts and tags intact. For fabric merchandise we will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. If you decide to return your purchase email us at customerservice@dougandgene.com and we will send you instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost (including the necessary insurance). However, if the product is defective, contact us at customerservice@dougandgene.com and we will arrange for a UPS call tag to have the merchandise picked up from you.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a defective or damaged item please contact us at customerservice@dougandgene.com to arrange a replacement (we must be notified within three business days of receiving the shipment). Please keep the original items and all packaging material. In addition we require a photograph of the damaged item in order to provide a replacement.
